The Brompton Global Dividend Growth ETF aims to deliver its investors regular monthly income distributions, the chance for investment growth, and a reduced volatility in portfolio returns compared to the direct ownership of global dividend-growing firms. To accomplish its goals, it targets an actively managed investment portfolio comprising international dividend growth companies. These entities typically have a market capitalization equal to or exceeding $10 billion and either have a proven history or, as foreseen by the Manager, the potential to increase their dividends. The ETF's portfolio is carefully curated by the Manager who takes into account a range of relevant factors. These include, but are not limited to, each company's dividend growth capacity as evidenced by its historical dividend increases, anticipated future earnings, sales or dividend advancements, dividend payout ratios, and dividend policies. Furthermore, valuations are assessed considering price-to-earnings, price-to-book values, enterprise value to EBITDA ratios, or free cash flow yields. Profitability indicators such as high return on equity or profit margins, present dividend yields, and financial soundness evidenced by interest coverage, debt to cash flow ratios, debt to equity, adherence to debt covenants, and liquidity are also carefully evaluated by the Manager in the selection process.
