About BASE.TO
The aim of the Evolve Global Materials & Mining Enhanced Yield Index ETF (the Fund) is to mirror the results of the Solactive Global Materials & Mining Index (the Benchmark) as closely and cost-effectively as possible, while also seeking to reduce potential downward risks. To achieve its objective, the Fund may make investments directly or indirectly in companies worldwide involved in the production, extraction, or refinement of metals and materials. Additionally, the Fund engages in the practice of writing covered calls on no more than 33% of its holdings, with such transactions being guided by the decisions of the Fund's portfolio manager. The extent of this covered call option strategy is subject to change, influenced by the current state of market volatility and other prevailing conditions.
